eMaint X3 Release Version 11.0.6

We are pleased to announce an update to eMaint X3 to Version 11.0.6. The update will be released Tuesday, June 3rd, 2014 at 7:30 am EST. X3 users will experience no downtime during the update. The update will contain the following enhancements:

Inventory Management - Allocation for Parts Reorder List - Administrators may now enable a setting in Inventory Management to account for parts allocations for reorder consideration. With the setting enabled, the quantity of a part allocated to a work order through the Parts Requirements table will be considered already used for the purposes of determining if the part should be added to the Parts Reorder List module.

Inventory Management - Adjustment Submission - The adjustment screen will now prevent a user from submitting the same adjustment multiple times while processing the current adjustment.

PM Management - Update Standard Times - Administrators may now enable a setting in PM Settings to select which contacts’ labor charges should be used in the Update Standard Times calculation in the PM Manager module. In addition to the default choice of employees only, the setting allows for all contacts to be used to fully represent time spent.

Additionally, the release of Version 11.0.6 will fix the following bugs:

-Incorrect dates appearing on PMs with both calendar and meter criteria
-Edit metadata and change log history transferring upon Copy/Add
-Meter manager error messaging when no asset is selected
    -Task procedure synchronization upon Publish
-Picasa integration album list displaying without a scroll bar
-Tab order handling HTML Editor and date fields
-HTML Editor fields always allowing Edit in Place
-Return Parts handling of decimal quantities and historical item descriptions
-Popup window partially displaying some numeric values in related tables
-Population of checkboxes when using list lookups
-FIFO calculations made for kit items
-Direct count quantities for parts adjustments made from MX Mobile
    -Material requests linking to charges
