eMaint X4 is the most current platform of eMaint CMMS system, and offers features and functionality that may not have been found within eMaint X3. To begin utilizing eMaint X4, click on the Navigation tab while logged into eMaint X3.
After displaying the options under the Navigation tab, find the Main section and select the X4 (Previously Hub V2) option which will bring you to the eMaint X4 interface.
eMaint X4 will load, which will enable you to take advantage of the features and functionality of the eMaint X4 platform!
Administrator Information
Toggling back and forth from eMaint X3 to eMaint X4 is an option that can be restricted from an overall account perspective or by each individual username.
Overall Account
Select the My Shortcuts icon
Next, click the Account Settings button to enter the system settings for your account. Once there, click the User Interface Settings option which shows you the features available for modification or toggling within the X4 User Interface.
Toggle the “X4 Only Mode option so the toggle icon reveals a green background, and select Save Changes which will enable X4 Only Mode on your entire account.
Individual Username
Hover over the Main Menu, then Administration, then User Administration
Click the individual user who should only see the X4 interface, select Edit, and then check the box next to the X4 User Interface Only? Option. Finally, click Save to save your changes.
