The update contains the following enhancements, new features and bug fixes:
[NewFeature] SignOn/SignOffDashboardWidget - An all-new enhanced version of the Sign On/Sign Off dashboard widget is now available and contains new features such as the ability to:
Optionally sign-on to multiple work orders at the same time
Set the current “Job Status” of the work order(s) when user is currently signed on
“Pause” an active sign on session
Configure work order fields displayed within work order “Info” section of widget
[NewFeature] FormHeaderCustomization - Organizations now have the option to select fields (i.e. Asset ID, Model No., QR Code, Asset Image) to display at the top of forms. These specified fields will display in a separate section than the rest of the form fields. To request this custom configuration, please contact your Customer Success Manager or support@emaint.com.
[NewFeature] MultiLanguageSupportPerUser - Now in eMaint X4, users can change what language the system displays at any given moment via a drop down selection at the top of the screen.
[Enhancement] JoinTablesinRequesterInterfaceListView - Within the Work Requester User Interface, users are now able to join in other tables when configuring list views.
[Enhancement] MaximizeInteractivePlanRecordPopups - On an interactive plan, users now have the ability to click on a map point, and maximize a pop-up window in order to see all record details.
[Enhancement] ListViewMassPrinting - Users can now mass print records from the list view beyond the previously-set 25 record limit.
[BugFix] TransactionDateonCharges - When saving charges, a fix was made to prevent the transaction date from reverting back to today’s date.
[BugFix] DataExplorerConfigurationRights - Non-administrator users will now be able to configure the Data Explorer if given rights to do so.
[BugFix] “AskatRuntime” Criteria- A fix was made to allow “Ask at Runtime” criteria to function when running reports as a pie chart.
[BugFix] PageNumbersonTables - When navigating between tables, the data on the page will now reflect the page number that is being viewed.
[BugFix] Meter-basedPMSchedulesonMobile - A fix was made to properly update meter-based PM schedules when closing out a work order using the mobile site.
