At the top right-hand corner of the screen, there’s an icon that will display a History panel with 2 tabs:
- Recently Viewed - A list of recently viewed records. From this list, you can click on any item to quickly go back to that record.
- Wall - This section will display notifications about activities on Starred records as well as activities on their related entities. You will also see the user who performed the change, as well as the Date and Time. For example, If you star a Work Order, you will get notifications every time someone edits it, as well as when assignments are added
1 - Recently Viewed
From the Recently Viewed records, you can quickly go back to any record you were working on recently.

2 - The Wall
As mentioned before, when you star an item you are also telling the system to post notifications to your “Wall” every time changes are made to that record. You will also see the user who performed the change, as well as the Date and time.

3 - Configuring the Explorer
The Explorer is a very useful tool that allows you to view your assets, parts, work orders, PMs, and contacts broken down and categorized by fields of your choosing.
In this example, we will configure the Explorer for the Asset entity. To start, navigate to the Asset list, then follow the steps below:
- Click on the Explorer icon on the top left-hand side of the screen, then click the “Select Explorer Columns” button.

- Now you can see the popup window where you will be able to define what field(s) you want to group your data by. You can add as many fields as you want, keeping in mind that your data hierarchy will be from the top down. You can reorder the list by dragging and dropping items. You can also remove a selected field by clicking on the "x" icon. For this example, first add "Asset Type", then add "Building".

After Applying the changes, the screen will refresh and you will see your data groups in the Explorer Section. When you have more than one level (more than one selected field), you will be able to click the arrow, next to a group on the first level to drill-down to specific data. In this example, we selected the "Asset Type", then "Building", so after selecting an Asset Type, the system will break down the assets by Building.

When you click on a group, the List view will display only the assets that meet the selected criteria.
