1 - WO Requester (Requester only account)
The User Interface for the “WO Requester only” account is different than a full user account. It’s a simplified system that allows requesters to view their entries and, most importantly, create new requests. Keep in mind that as a regular user (full user) you won’t be able to access and view a Requester account as demonstrated below.
As a Work Requester user, you can potentially have access to four tabs in your account. The administrator will decide which tabs you will have access to.
- In the “My Open Requests” tab you will see the list of requests that haven’t been approved or rejected yet.
- In the “Rejected Work Requests” tab you will have access to the list of rejected requests and you will see the reason for rejection.
- In the “Work Request History” you be able to view the list of Work Orders that were originated from your approved requests.
- In the “Reports” Tab you will be able to run reports that were made available for you by the account administrator.
1.2 - Creating a New WO Request (As a Requester User)
The requester Interface is very simple and intuitive for your Requester users to navigate. Everytime they need to create a new request, they will click the “New” button and fill out the necessary information (e.g. Brief Description, Asset, etc). As long as these users have been previously created in the contact list, the system will recognize that their email address matches the user logged into the Requester account and it will automatically fill in the “Requested by” field with their name.
