1. Introduction
eMaint allows customers to use QR codes to initiate work request. This will be beneficial to customers because the feature allows a user to scan a 2D QR Code and be taken directly to a blank work request for that asset. No signing in required.
2. Usage
To print a QR code open an asset, tap Actions. From the drop-down menu select “Export as QR Code”. A download should begin shortly with PDF document. The document will contain the selected QR Code.
