The Main Menu dropdown houses all of the selections that used to be available under the Navigation tab in the previous version of eMaint. Simply hover over the “Main Menu” button at the top of the screen and go through the drop down lists to find the option you are looking for.
The eMaint Main Menu allows you to easily access most features within eMaint, many of them administrative. From the Main Menu dropdown you have access to the following sections: Administration, Condition Monitoring, Data Center, Pm Center, Purchasing Center, Report Center, Request Center, Requisitions, Work Center
NOTE: Oftentimes, whether a user sees any of the menu options explained below is dependent on the level of permissions granted to the user by the administrator. Some features need to be added into your account by an eMaint team member (such as with Requisitions), contact your Customer Success Manager or eMaint support if there is a need to add anything that is not available by default.
Administration

ChangeYourSettings – Used to change the user's information (name, password, company and contact information, email address, etc). This option is also used to indicate how date information should display in the system when viewing date fields on a detail screen. Work Order and PM email options can also be accessed and defined from this screen.
UserAdministration – Administrator option used to change information and security rights for users on the account.
LoginasAnotherUser – Takes you to a new login page
ExportData – Tool that is used to select to export all data from selected tables in eMaint. Available tables to export are Work Orders, Assets, Parts, Contacts, and Charges. Output can be Excel (XLS), comma delimited (TXT), or database (DBF) format.
RemoveDeletedRecords – Used to view records that are marked for deletion and permanently remove them from the system.
Customizemyownpage – Used for customizing your 'My eMaint' page. This section also provides some graphics management.
SiteActivityReport– Displays a list of users that were signed into the system in a user-specified date range.
WorkflowEmailTemplates - Configurable email template that can be used on workflows as well as scheduled alerts.
ImportData - Allows importing of data from excel files in the system.
UserStatisticsReport - Shows Statistics of user activity in the system.
UpdatefromMainAccount (Not pictured above) - Updates Sandbox account to match the live account. Option only appears in a sandbox account.

AddNewReadings - Allows you to add condition monitoring readings to assets
ImportReadings - Allows you to import condition monitoring readings from excel spreadsheets.
ViewReadingsAdded - Redirects you to the data analysis tool to check readings.

PMTaskLibrary – Provides a generic list of tasks to perform on common equipment. This section is meant for copying and pasting into PM Tasks.
ProblemTypeManagement – View and modify the problem types for your work orders.
DepartmentManagement – View and modify the departments used on your work orders and your assets.
WorkTypeManagement – View and modify the work types used on your work orders.
EmaintTechSelect - Opens a new window that displays the tech select system interface
BatchPrintConsole - Opens Batch Job Tracking screen allowing downloads of batch print jobs
MaterialRequests - Review any material request that have been submitted

MeterManager - Reveals the meter management tool where past meter readings can be reviewed and modified
GeneratePMWorkOrders – A tool that is used to turn scheduled PM‟s into open work orders in the system.
PMManager – Used to manage the PM schedules in your system based on criteria you select.
MeterImport - Gives the ability to mass import meter readings from excel spreadsheets.
PMRouteManager - Takes you to the PM Route Manager Screen.
PurchasingCenter

PartsReorderList – Displays list of stock parts that are due to be reordered based on reorder points. Reorders can then be processed from this screen.
- POReceipts – Used to select a PO and receive individual items on the PO.
- UpdatePendingPO's – A processing screen used to update and process pending PO's.
PurchaseOrderCenter – Displays the purchase orders in the system. Options to filter based on Supplier and date range. Access PO's for editing and receiving.
ReportCenter

QueryBuilder – Allows you to to see the reports from the previous version and transfer them to the X4 report list.
DigitalDashboard – The digital dashboard contains predefined reports that display data from multiple tables and outputs the results to either graph or CSV format.
InventoryValuationReport – Report which provides the actual value of inventory based on the purchase price of each item.
PercentageComplete – Tool used to view the percentages of closed versus open work orders.
CostPerUnitReport - Shows costs per unit based on meter readings.
RequestCenter

MyOpenRequests – Opens the My Open Requests list view, allowing the administrator to control what fields are viewed in the request portal for those with request only user licenses
MyRejectedRequests – Opens the My Rejected Requests list view, allowing the administrator to control what fields are viewed in the request portal for those with request only user licenses
MyRequestsHistory - Opens the My Request History list view (showing the work orders created as a result of approved work requests), allowing the administrator to control what fields are viewed in the request portal for those with request only user licenses
RequesterReports - Shows reports that have been made available to the request only users
Requisitions

RequisitionCart - Opens the cart where requisitioners can see their own submitted requisitions
StockRequisitionCart - Opens the area where stock requisitioners can see their own submitted stock requisitions
RequisitionCenter - Displays a tool that allows for searching for requisitions that have been submitted based on selected search criteria such as Requisition Number, Supplier, or a particular date range
RequisitionApproval - Area where those who can approve requisitions up to a user defined amount can see the requisitions awaiting their approval, and approve or deny as needed
CreateStockRequisitions - Brings up stock requisition creation screen where stock reorder requisitions are created based on what parts have gone below their reorder point
