Release of eMaint Version 11.1.7

    We are pleased to announce an update to eMaint Version 11.1.7. The update will be released Thursday, February 11, 2016 at 7:30am ET (6:30am CT, 5:30am MT, 4:30am PT, 12:30pm GMT, 1:30pm CET). eMaint users will experience no downtime during the update.

    The update contains the following enhancements:

    Performance Enhancements - A number of speed and performance enhancements have been applied to eMaint X4, including related table and document storage paging to improve load times..
     

    User Administration - An all new User Administration interface is now available that reflects the cleaner and more appealing feel of eMaint X4.
     

    User Roles Administration - New to eMaint X4, this feature will allow users with appropriate permissions to create preset user right configurations that can then be applied to users in the account.

    Part History Filter - Users will now have the ability to filter the Parts History related table and view history beyond 12 months.
     

    Linking Doc Storage Folders - Users with access to Document Storage will now have the ability to link folders in addition to individual files to a record. This will allows user to link multiple files to a record using a single document storage field.
     

    Various Bug Fixes - In addition to the new features listed above, several bug fixes were addressed.
