The update contains the following enhancements:

    • NewWorkRequestUserInterface
The all-new eMaint X4 Work Request User Interface encompasses all of the eMaint X3 functionality that you’re used to, plus so much more!

      • FortheUser– The enhanced interface enables work requestors to easily add a new request, and access filterable list views of their open requests, rejected work requests, work request history, and even reports.

      • FortheAdmin– Administrators now have the ability to customize a home page (using HTML) for work requestors – it will be the first thing they see when they login to the system. This customizable page can include anything that you would like your work requestors to see: instructions and procedures, latest company news, helpful resources...and the list goes on! Additionally, in Admin Settings, Administrators can specify which functions and records are available to work requestors, and more.

    • ContainsFilterSetting
In Admin Settings, Administrators can now specify whether they would like the default operator for a list view to be “Starts with” or “Contains.”

    • eMaintBrandingUpdate
eMaint’s new logo is now applied to all pages and loading screens within eMaint X4.

    • SwitchAccounts
Users with multiple eMaint accounts will now be able to switch between accounts via a new option added to the header bar.
