We are pleased to announce an update to eMaint Version 11.1.9. The update was released Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at 11:45amET. eMaintusersexperiencednodowntimeduringtheupdate.
The update contains the following enhancements:
MassChangeValues - FieldSelection: All fields in a table (except key fields and read-only fields) are now available for selection within the Mass Change Values tool.
MassChangeValues - CustomLookupsMapping: The Mass Change Values tool will now recognize the mapping in place for the custom lookups, such as “assign to” and “perform for” default lookup.
RelatedTablesSorting: This update will preserve a related tables sort that is set by the user. Once the sort is applied, the related table will continue to sort by the selected field after editing or navigating away.
NegativeValuesinNumericFields: Negative values can now be entered into numeric fields.
GroupWorkOrderCloseOut: The ability to group close out work orders has been added to the User Administration Rights and User Roles pages.
NavigationbetweenTables: When navigating between tables using the Navigation Menu, the last state that the table was in will now be preserved.
BugFix - UserAdministrationPage: A bug that caused users to still have access to the User Administration page even when removed from that role has been fixed.
BugFix - ListViewColumnDuplication: A bug that caused users to experience duplicate columns when configuring a list view has been fixed.
BugFix - ListViewErrorHandling: Users are now able to clear a bad filter or grid state if something invalid was attempted to a filter/column/sort. An error message will still appear, however, it won’t be an application error. The header area will remain visible so the “Clear Filter” option will be available, as well as the button to clear the grid state.
BugFix - eMaintX4RedirectforRequestUsers: Request Users who have eMaint X4-only access, but are not utilizing the new Work Requestor Interface, will now be directed to the Add Record page, instead of the Requestor Menu.
