    Enhancements

eMaint X4 - Disable MX Mobile/Tech Select for all Full users on the account

A new account setting has been added to allow MX Mobile/Tech Select to be disabled for all users in the account.  Administrators can access this setting by going to Account Settings → General System Settings and disabling the option “Enable eMaint Tech Select”. Disabling this setting will force all account users to use the full version of eMaint on a mobile phone or other mobile device, rather than using the Tech Select user interface.  This will not impact mobile only users.

    Additional product issues addressed

The following reported issues, and associated system behavior, have been addressed with this release:

    • Tech Select/MX Mobile - Clicking the “Back to List” button could cause system error when used with custom Sign On/Off pages. This function now works as intended.

    • Reporting - Report Column Width Edits now displays consistently for all account users.

    • Tech Select - “Apostrophes” made in MX Mobile are now showing correctly in X4.

    • General - Pound Currency Symbol now displays correctly in accounts.

    • General - Add Inventory Location screen for new parts is now a searchable dropdown.

    • General - Interactive Maps now works properly in Internet Explorer 11.

    • API - The “Delete Record” API now works when the ‘E-Signature’ option is turned on.
