The following enhancements and bug fixes were included in the update.
[Enhancement] - High Contrast Pie Graph Colors - A new pie graph option has been added to reporting labeled “High Contrast?”. Toggling this setting will change the color scheme used for each group in the graph. With the setting turned on, a more dynamic color scheme will be used that will allow easier differentiation between groups, particularly when a large number of groups are being viewed.
[Enhancement] - Configurable Ctrl+Click Behavior - A new setting is available within the Administrator Settings under User Interface Settings labeled “Define CTRL+Click behavior”. With this setting, Administrators can dictate whether links open in a pop up window or open in a new browser window when holding the CTRL key and clicking the link. This is an account-wide setting and will apply the selected behavior to all users.
[Enhancement] - Confirmation of Manual PM Generation - After selecting “Generate PMs” in the Manual PM Generation screen, users will now see a pop up message indicating that the system is in the process of generating the PMs. This message will remain on the screen until the generation process is complete.
[Bug Fix] Completed Date on Mass Closeout - When performing a mass closeout of work orders, the completed date entered by the user will now be saved instead of referring back to the current day’s date.
[Bug Fix] Totals Missing from Group Banded Reports - When using a group band on a report, fields with “Display Totals” turned on will now display the total value when there is a record within the group that has no value.
[Bug Fix] X4 Graph Rounding Fix - A fix was made to prevent values between 0 and 1 from being automatically rounded down to 0 whenever being displayed in a graph.
[Bug Fix] Form Specific Request Weblink - Accounts using the request weblink feature now have the ability to point weblinks to specific forms if multiple request forms are being used.
[Bug Fix] Timecard WO Links Opening in X4 - Users clicking on links to Work Orders within the Time Card feature are now directed to X4 when that user is restricted to X4 only usage.
