We are pleased to announce an update to eMaint, Version 11.12. The update will be released Thursday, November 8th, 2018 at 7:30am ET (6:30am CT, 5:30am MT, 4:30am PT, 11:30am GMT, 12:30pm CET), and will be completed by 9:30am ET (8:30am CT, 7:30am MT, 6:30am PT, 1:30pm GMT, 2:30pm CET). eMaint users will experience no downtime during the update.
Enhancements
Recording Location Data - eMaint X4 and MX Mobile
A “Log Location” option has been added to the actions button in X4 and MX Mobile for the Work Orders, Work Order Requests, and Assets tables. When this feature is used, a new record is created in a related table that logs information such as Asset ID, User ID, Date/Time, and the GPS Location of the user at the time of recording.
Condition Monitoring Add Readings Screen Update
When entering in condition monitoring readings into eMaint X4, users have the option to view the data today in a horizontal view. We have added an option for users to view 1 record at a time vertically to closer replicate filling out an inspection form per asset.
Spanish Language Update to allow Periods instead of Commas for numeric values
When a user is using the Spanish language in eMaint X4, users have the option now to use either commas or periods as decimal separators for numeric values. These values can be updated by going to Account Settings - General System Settings.
Adjust Inventory RESTful API - Ability to add Cost value
With the eMaint X4 RESTful API, users can make negative or positive adjustments to inventory on-hand values. With the latest update, users can also specify the cost per part for each transaction.
