Release of eMaint Version 11.13

    We are pleased to announce an update to eMaint, Version 11.13. The update will be released Thursday, December 20th, 2018 at 7:30am ET (6:30am CT, 5:30am MT, 4:30am PT, 11:30am GMT, 12:30pm CET), and will be completed by 9:30am ET (8:30am CT, 7:30am MT, 6:30am PT, 1:30pm GMT, 2:30pm CET). eMaint users will experience no downtime during the update.

    Enhancements

    Updated eMaint Login Page
    The login page has been updated with the current eMaint branding and built with a responsive design for a better experience when logging in with a mobile device. 

    Parts Checkout - MX Mobile
    The Parts Checkout feature that is available in eMaint X4 is now available in MX Mobile.  You can access this feature by going to Main Menu -> Parts -> Parts Checkout.

    Updated Auto-Generated Report Runtime - eMaint X4
    Reports that are auto-generated in eMaint X4 can have a set time the report should run in the system instead of the 4 hour window.  Users can also now generate hourly reports.

    Master Parts List Enable in eMaint X4
    Users who have access to a “Master” account will be able to add parts into their child accounts using the parts list available in the Master account.  This feature was previous available in eMaint X3 and is now also available in eMaint X4.

    Material Request Buttons available in eMaint X4
    Users using the Materials request feature will be able to fully access this feature set in eMaint X4.  

    Interactive Maps Pin Color Feature - eMaint X4
    An update has been made to allow pins to appear in different colors based on conditions setup by the users.

    • Mass Generating PM Issue
    • Removed picking location when importing inventory records on a single-inventory location account
