We are pleased to announce an update to eMaint, Version 11.15. The update will be released Tuesday, March 5th, 2019 at 6:00am ET (5:00am CT, 4:00am MT, 3:00am PT, 11:30am GMT, 12:30pm CET), and will be completed by 7:30am ET (6:30am CT, 5:30am MT, 4:30am PT, 12:30pm GMT, 1:30pm CET). eMaint users will experience no downtime during the update.
Enhancements
X4 - Enabled Material Requests Portal Actions
Material Request actions for Request Only users now appear on the requester’s user interface. This functionality will only appear if material requests have been enabled on the account.
X4 - Option to Disable Mobile Access for Users
A new user administration setting was added to restrict access to “eMaint Tech Select” or “eMaint MX Mobile."
X4 - Enabled PDF Work Order Print-out for Request Users
When a request user is reviewing a work order from an approved request, the user now has the ability to print the work order into PDF format.
X4 - Option to Disable Editing of Approved or Rejected Work Requests
A new account setting has been added in Account Settings -> General Work Order Settings to disable access to editing request for all users except the administrator.
