Release of eMaint Version 11.2.1

    The update contains the following enhancements, new features and bug fixes:

    [Enhancement] Image Mapping Tool - eMaint’s all-new Image Mapping tool empowers users to visualize your maintenance management data on a floor plan, schematic, site map, or any other image. This release includes several upgrades to the tool, including:

    • Zoom-in / zoom-out capabilities when viewing maps
    • Drag and scroll feature allowing user to drag the underlying image
    • Ability to apply records from multiple tables to the same map
    • Ability to choose from multiple maps using Lookups

    eMaint’s Image Mapping tool is available to managed account clients only. Please contact your Customer Success Manager to get started using the new Image Mapping tool.

    [Enhancement] Workflow Manager Interface- With eMaint’s Workflow Manager, organizations can save time and increase efficiency by automating business processes such as field updates, work request approvals, and more. Generating workflows in eMaint has now become even faster and even simpler with the newly-enhanced, intuitive Workflow Manager within the eMaint X4 interface.

    [Enhancement] Theme Manager - Users will now have increased abilities to customize the layout and display of their eMaint X4 account using the new Theme Manager options. Customizable options include form colors, border colors, label colors, and background images.

    [New Feature] Clear Filter on Reports List- The same “Clear Filter” button that exists on all other tables when in the list view is now available within the report writer list view.

    [New Feature] Ability to Customize PO Email - New capability has been added that allows the subject line and body of a purchase order email to be customized by an eMaint support team member.

    [New Feature] Copy/Add Related Records - A new “Copy/Add” button was added to related table records to allow users to copy or add records in related tables, in the same way that users can copy or add records in main tables.

    [New Feature] New Vendor Portal Workflow Rules - During the vendor portal process, new workflow rules have been added to trigger after “acknowledgement” and/or after “submit.”

    [Bug Fix] Email on WO Close- A fix was made to respect the admin WO email setting to send emails based on email settings when WO is closed through eMaint X4.

    [Bug Fix] Weblinks “Clickable” in Mobile- Fields that are configured as weblinks should now appear as clickable links on the eMaint mobile site.

    [Bug Fix] Parts Reorder List - A fix was made to prevent an error from occurring when processing items after applying a default PO number.

    [Bug Fix] Work Requester Interface on Mobile - A fix was made to resolve an issue that caused pop-up windows (such as list lookups) to not auto-resize to mobile screens.

    [Bug Fix] Ability to Remove Totals From Graph - A fix was made to resolve an issue that caused graph totals to display after turning the “Display Totals” setting in Graph Options to false.

    [Bug Fix] Renaming/Moving Folders in Document Storage - A fix was made to prevent the structure from breaking when folders are moved or renamed in Document Storage.

    [Bug Fix] Leading Numeric Values in Document Storage Folders - A fix was made to recognize numeric values as the first character in a folder name in Document Storage.

    [Bug Fix] Upload Multiple Files to Document Storage- A fix was made to allow uploading of greater than 3 files at a time to Document Storage.

    [Bug Fix] Dashboard Widgets Loading - A fix was made to improve the loading of report data on dashboard widgets.

    [Bug Fix] Scanning QR Codes - A fix was made to ensure the correct record is loaded when scanning a QR code.
