How do I add a weblink field?

First go to wherever you want the weblink field to be and create a new field with type equal to text and characters set to 254. (To create a new field see

)
Once you have the field created stay in the customize form view and click on the wrench and screwdriver icon next to the field you just created
In the properties window that pops up click the link for Data Dictionary
In the Data Dictionary window that pops up there are 3 fields that need to be modified. (See image below for how final result should look)
"Lookup?" needs to be changed to "True"
"Clooktype" needs to say "FILE"
"Mroutine" needs to say "WEBLINK
