We are pleased to announce an update to eMaint X3 to Version 11 taking place on Tuesday, May 21st, 2013 containing the following enhancements:
Introducing “The Hub” - Available as an option from the Navigation page, The Hub is a new, enhanced interface through which users may sort, filter and view information. The Hub allows for faster and more intuitive exploration of data from a variety of tables all on one page plus:
Star records to receive live updates that pertain to starred records
Auto-scroll dynamically through large lists from a single screen
Drag-and-drop column sizing and ordering and expanded selection of themes
Access primary system functions from a single screen
MX Mobile - Meter Reading Entry - MX Mobile users may now record and update asset meter readings on mobile devices through the MX Mobile software.
MX Mobile - Miscellaneous Charges - MX Mobile users may now add miscellaneous charges to a work order on mobile devices through the MX Mobile software.
Work Orders - Multiple Parts Requirements - X3 users may now add the same part number to a work order’s Required Parts table or a preventative maintenance schedule’s PM Parts table multiple times.
Requisitioning - On Hand Quantity - On the Requisition Approval screen, users may now see the on hand quantity for each requisitioned item.
Bug Fix - Report Runtime Criteria - Adding and removing runtime criteria should no longer prevent a report from running properly in Internet Explorer.
Bug Fix - Date Display Properties - Date and datetime values in related tables will now display according to the Date Display Properties selected by the account administrator.
Bug Fix - Mobile Work Order without Asset - A validation issue that occurred when an MX Mobile user attempted to create a work order without selecting an asset has been resolved.
Bug Fix - Gantt Chart Configuration - The Project module’s previous Gantt Chart configurations will now properly save for later use.
Bug Fix - Printing Checkboxes - Logical fields configured to function as checkboxes will now also appear as checkboxes when printed.
