To have a picture show up on a form, you need to first create a Picasa field.
- Create a text field with a max length of 254 characters on a form that will be used for the picture.
- After creating a field, click the wrench and screw driver icon next to the field.
- On the General Properties, change the Behavior from Default to Picasa and save.

After you create the field, you need to link a Google Gmail account to the administrator settings to upload pictures to.
- Log into the administrator account and click on My Account : Username on the top of the screen.
- Click the Pencil Icon next to the option "External Interfaces".
- This screen will ask you for your Gmail email address and password.
- Once you click Save Settings, your Picasa account will be linked to all Picasa fields you create in eMaint.

Now that we have Picasa setup for use in eMaint, let's add a picture to a form.
- Go into the table that you created the picasa field for and edit a record.
- Click on the button that appears on the field name description.
- This will bring up your Picasa album. You can select pictures from these folders or upload your own pictures into the folders to store into Picasa.

Once you have selected the photo, here is an example result that comes out after picking an image.
