If you wish to display a a WO field on the close out screen, you can do so by making a simple change on the Data Dictionary record of the field you would like like to display.
1 - Go into design mode of the WO form
2 - Click the wrench/screw driver icon next to the field you want to display on the closeout screen
3 - Once on the Properties window, click the blue "Data Dictionary" Icon on the bottom.
4 - Now that you are on the Data Dictionary Record, find the Mroutine field, edit it and type the word CLOSEOUT into it (all caps), then save it.
As a result, next time you are on the close out screen you will see that field there.
