eMaint X3 Release Version 11.0.7

    We are pleased to announce an update to eMaint X3 to Version 11.0.7. The update will be released on Thursday, July 10, 2014 at 7:30 am ETeMaint X3 users will experience no downtime during the update.

    The update will contain the following enhancements:
    • Inventory Management - Asset Parts Duplicate Prevention - Administrators may now enable a setting in Inventory Management to prevent duplicate Asset Parts Cross Reference records from being created.
    • Inventory Management - Default Inventory Locations - Administrators of accounts with multiple inventory locations may now select a global default inventory location to be used when charging parts without a default location to a work order.
    • Work Order Requests - Printing - Work order requests may now be printed by selecting Print from the Actions menu of a request.
    • Purchasing - Reorder List Expansion - Within the list of suppliers in the Parts Reorder List screen, users may expand a supplier to see which items are on the Parts Reorder List.
    • Purchasing - Receive Screen Data - When a user receives PO line items from the Receive item in the Actions menu on a PO, the current On Hand quantity of each part will be displayed along with any comments added to each line.
