The Work Permit feature allows you to store your permits in PDF format in our document storage and link them to an existing PM and then edit the form when the WO is generated.  Work Permits can also be associated directly with a Work Order as well - not just from a PM....

An “Inspection Round” PM is a calendar based PM schedule for multiple (or single) assets.  You will be able to schedule an inspection round PM and once generated, you can Pass/Fail procedures on different assets on the Work Order and the system will generate follow-up Work Orders upon a failure....

With PM distribution, you can copy multiple PMs to multiple assets....

This feature will allow Administration users to set specific inventory location(s) and default location(s) to account users of multi-inventory accounts....

Using the Projects tab is a great way to tie together Work Orders in your system. By creating a project, you will be able to keep your work orders organized and track your progress towards project completion....
